Guys, I sent my packet over to my fiancee early June because I knew it would take forever or maybe even get lost in the mail and he just now received it.  Now our baby was born this month and I did not put her on the i134 because she had not been born yet.In our initial application I did include pictures of the ultrasound and I did state I was pregnant.  For packet 3 I also sent more ultrasound pictures.  Should he bring up that she was born during the interview??  I tried putting his name on her birth certificate but they said since he is not in the U.S. to sign the document that it was not possible but she has his last name.  Will she need to be on the i134??

if she will either emigrate at the same time or is already in the us she will need to be added to the i134. simply bringing an updated copy to the interview is fine. make sure you make enough to cover the larger house hold size.
