Biometrics Fees for AoS (Adjustment of Status)

Hello there,

I am trying to get the papers together for my wife's Adjustment of Status now that we are married, and I was wondering about the Biometrics Fee we have to pay, namely if we have to pay separate fees for the I-485 form, the I-131 form, and the I-765 form. The instructions for each form say that we need to have Biometrics taken for each of them, but does that mean we need to pay for 3 seperate Biometric exams for each of the forms, or do we just have to pay for one and the government will use the same one for all 3 forms? If the case is that we do have to pay for 3 Biometric exams, do we also have to make 3 separate checks or just one check with the fees for all 3 in it? Thanks for the help ahead of time.

You can file AOS + EAD + AP concurrently and pay $1140 + $85 biometrics.

 

EAD and AP fees are waived when you file with the AOS.
