Good Evening Guys,

 

I am going Apply for citizenship Under 3 years  Please Help me tho and here is checklist for my documents

 

(1) Green card 10 years 

(2) Photo picture front or back of green card  

(3) Taxes Returned 2 years joined together cos first year i didnt work and i have 0 Income and was new in States before they Issued my green card in Oct 2014 and got job in April 2015 Is that would be problem ?

(4) Bank Account joined together !

(5) Electric Bills same address and together on name 

(6) Phone and Internet bills same names together 

(7) Pictures together travel 

(8) letter from step daughter and mother in law 

 

What else do i need to submit please help me if I am missing anything else on it I am going to apply soon !

Hi everyone 

I am going to apply for my citizenship soon under 3 years of marriage to us citizens here is what i have right now what else i need please 

Tex 2015 and 2016 joined together 

Green card

Bank Account joined

Electric bill  

Telephone Bills joined 

letter from family 

Picture traveling together 

 

What else do i need to submit please ? let me know any idea

Photocopy of US spouse's passport or driver's license

Photocopy of Birth certificate of any children living with you

 

Did you two file joint taxes the first year? Didn't matter whether you worked or not...if you're listed on the taxes for the first year, send the transcript for that one too.

I sent more than what's necessary but whatever is in (*) asterisk is required to be sent. Send transcripts instead of tax returns or bring them with you to the interview. My interviewer specifically asked for transcripts at interview, not returns.

 

I don't have bank account joined we just starning now cos we don't know that its will be requirements For Citizenship However we have that Documents  Ready 

Tax copy of 2015 and 2016 and 2015 i have 0 income  and have no job 

Yes we been living is same address !

Eclectic bills Internet Phone bills copy Same address and joined together names on it too

marriage certificate 

Green card 

Driving licenses of wife and passport copy 

Letter from family will help like mother in law ? 

That's all we got now to Just worried and stress out about it don't know what more will be requirements ?

I didnt file taxes on 2014 cos I have 0income ? What to do now but however we have file joined together 2015 and 2016 together
