Hi!

So I'm doing my AOS right now, and I was wondering if I needed to have the requested evidence in the instructions, such as the photographs requested for I131 + I94 for I765 etc..., if they're already requested for AOS?

What I mean is... Should I put doublons in my package? So 4 photographs instead of 2, 3x I94... Or will they be able to use the same evidence for the different forms?

Thanks. I'm sorry if my post is a bit confusing :(

The instructions state which evidence is not required in duplicate if sent with the other form. Photos need to be sent for each application, for example the i94 does not. That said, many ppl send copies for each application since it does happen that rfe's are issued in error requesting these even when they shouldn't be. We didn't send extra copies and were fine but I wouldn't recommend it since seeing others rfe-s here on vj. Just not worth the risk.

Hi!

Thanks for the reply. I actually just went ahead and printed and copied all the requested evidence, I don't want to put anything at risk!

Can't wait for the whole process to be over!

Thanks :)
