Hello guys 

can you please help me 

my case statu is like this 

Document Was Mailed To Me
On March 21, 2017, we mailed your document for Receipt Number Mdirectly to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your document by April 20, 2017, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request the document be sent to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

i got the form i797 said 

after review we have reopened the above application or petition or reconsidered the decision previously issued you will receive a notice under separate cover once all action has been completed.

please help me???

What was sent to you before April 20th?  Did USCIS deny your AOS?  It sounds like they did, then decided to re-open the case, but I think we need a little more detail.

Visa Received : 2014-04-04 (K1 - see timeline for details)

US Entry : 2014-09-12

POE: Detroit

Marriage : 2014-09-27

I-765 Approved: 2015-01-09

I-485 Interview: 2015-03-11

I-485 Approved: 2015-03-13

Green Card Received: 2015-03-24 Yeah!!!

I-751 ROC Submitted: 2016-12-20

I-751 NOA Received:  2016-12-29

I-751 Biometrics Appt.:  2017-01-26

I-751 Interview:  2018-04-10

I-751 Approved:  2018-05-04

N400 Filed:  2018-01-13

N400 Biometrics:  2018-02-22

N400 Interview:  2018-04-10

N400 Approved:  2018-04-10

Oath Ceremony:  2018-06-11 - DONE!!!!!!!

First of all, I applied for the i130 and I got approve after that I applied for the I 480 but they said my case was closed, and they reopened it so i don't know what do because when I called the uscis they said it's pending??

The last letter I got from them it's the I797 it sad" after review we have reopened the above application or petition or reconsidered the decision previously issued you will receive a notice under separate cover once all action has been completed"

and it has red link also said action completed approved for filling.

 

please guys need a help about that .

Did you try and speak with a Tier 2 officer? Also I will suggest you schedule an infopass to your local field office to get first hand information.

I got a response from them, they asked for initial evidence for my sponsor, and I sent it to them and my case online changed that they got it but I don't know what gunna happen next??

and how long gunna take to get my gc lol.

You have to wait till you are scheduled for an interview if your case need it. No one can tell you the actual waiting time before you get your GC.... The process is totally unpredictable. 

Welcome to the waiting game zone for AOS...lol

Thank you for the help and it's really crazy how long does the uscis process take for a small think like that, I've heard that take 90 days but not sure, hoping doesn't take that long.
