Should i go for medical without such record. Plz answer as soon as possible

Thanku

They're going to do a blood test, your vaccination levels will show up on your blood work. Any missing vaccinations will be administered. But i don't know if this will be an additional cost..

Also, this has been discussed before as you're not the first to be in such a case.. Have you tried doing a search on the forum? ( search box in upper right-hand corner of this page)

Meanwhile, @KaurN @chamma  Any advice  for @dildeepnagra ?

Hi,

  1. You can schedule an appointment from the US consulate approved medical center for the medical screening. The P4 is the proof that the interview is scheduled and you can simply go ahead with the medical tests. At the end of the tests - you will be given a sealed envelope to be carried to the interview or the hospital themselves will mail it to the consulate.
  2. You need to create an account with ustaveldocs and choose an appointment for biometrics. This has to be done before the interview. So as per ypur plan, choose a date that works best for you. http://www.ustraveldocs.com/. You need not wait for any instructions from the consulate. Get all your documents in order as per the P4 letter and get your travel plans sorted (if you are not living in Mumbai or Delhi) :)

No need to send PCC from Police station... Only need to send PCC issued from Passport office....!

Well, the idea wait time was 4-5 weeks. You can have a look at the spreadsheet created by @JBMG to check in the latest. The interview dates for india are usually allotted at the end or start of the month. So your case complete date would also add up to how long you need to wait!!
