I am filing for change of status and am married to a US citizen.

My movements over the past 5 years have been very transient and I often haven't held an actual address while travelling for many months at a time including almost 2 years out of the UK in 2012-2014. My mailing address has always been my parents address. I have also been a student at that time and did a semester in Vancouver for 3 months. I have seen different view points about whether to include these foreign addresses as they weren't official 'residencies' as I was classed as a 'visitor'. Although, the dictionary definition of a residence is any place you spend an extended amount of time.

So I include my timeline below and ask;

1. Do I include my trips to the US where I was on visa waiver or visitor visa even if I was at one address living with my fiancee? what about the address of 2 months this year before myself and my new husband found a place of our own?

2. Do I include my term time addresses in the UK and Canada?

3. Do I include my 6 months at a community in Mexico which I was living at my didn't officially 'move to'?

4. Do I put my UK address in the gaps even if i wasn't in the country?
