Hi, I will petition my husband and my daughter but I just started working recently so my income is enough to support him for now. Does the co-sponsor need to live with the same house as us? We will live in Texas but his relatives are from San Diego and California and will be the one to fill up the co-sponsor form. One co-sponsor is from San Diego but if his income is not enough to cover my daughter the other relative from California will sign for my daughter. Will there be a problem that? I read in some threads that we need to prove that the co-sponsor lives with us in the same house. Please give me some inputs. Thank you.

hi

the co sponsor, yes, the joint sponsor no. the joint sponsor doesn't live in the same household, they can live anywhere In the US, as long as they are USC or LPR and make enough to cover the beneficiary/beneficiaries

where are they now, in their country or here in the US? Are you a USC or a LPR, a citizen or a resident?/

hi

as the petitioner you must fill out an i864 as the primary sponsor, if you don't make enough you can get a joint sponsor or sponsors

you will have a few months for the i864 if you haven't filed for each one of them yet

Is there a time frame for me to sumbit the i864 forms after I passed the petition forms?

What should be attached to the i864 of joint sponsors?

once they request you to pay for the i864, you have a year to complete the request

it can take 5 or more months for the i130s to be approved, so you can stretch things until next year if you believe that with your current income plus next years you won't need joint sponsors
