Timeline

Have anyone email they husband/wife they passport photo? If so where did you print them? My husband tried to print it at Walmart but they said I have to be there in person.

 

 

any other way my husband can print it?

You can order prints online on the Walmart website, pretty sure you can do passport size too. You can do it for delivery or one hour pick up

I am not in the U.S but my husband is in the U.S. I can still do it online? If so how?

You should be able to. https://photos3.walmart.com/

just put it in your husbands name so he can pick it up!

I am in the U.S. My husband sent me his photos via email. I saved them to a memory card which I took to CVS Pharmacy and they printed them out for me. I have done the same for both the I-130 and the IV Package for NVC.

I tried to order it but it saying this item is no longer available.

Tell him to try different stores, and tell them he just need to print some passport photos that he already has saved on the card/usb. He can also try at Walgreens. 

Could that be a state law? I'm in Florida and I've never had a problem.
