Hi guys, long time lurker,

 

I Filed a k-1 petition early Feb 17, and few days ago i received a RFE, 

Documentation that the dating app where i met my fiance is not a IMB.

 

-what kind of documents ?

 

-i met my fiance on twine app, and its been shut down 2 years ago,

 

Please help!

I would write a letter explaining how you met using the app, and explain what the twine app is (or was).  Emphasize that it is not an IMB site.

 

They should accept that.  They just want to know that you did not use an International Marriage Broker (IMB) service.
