We have our I-797c for my petition for my fiancé from Mexico.  Unfortunately, by the time we got his children's passports the cut-off expiration date of june 22, 2017 appointments were not available and were only offered July 17, 2017.  Will this cause us to get disapproved and because he is in Tijuana can we get the medical portion done there or does it have to be done in Ciudad Juarez.  I have tried calling, emailing for days and no one answers!! I need help

So his children's passports are going expire on June 22? Are the children also go to the interview? If so, why not just renew their passports? You need to make an appointment at SRE and they are ready in one day.

For the medical exam, he has to go to one of the two authorized clinics in Cd. Juarez: Servicios Medicos de la Frontera or Clinica Medica Internacional. If the children are also going to the interview and they below the age of 15, they would need to plan to be in Cd. Juarez earlier. The results for minors are not ready the same day, it takes up to 4 days for them to be ready.

I hope this helps.

I am reading this as the K1 petition will expire on JUne 22nd, but the earliest visa interview available is July 17th.  If so, no problem.  You have kept in touch with the embassy and have a valid interview date before the petition expires, so they will auto-renew for another 4 months.
