Hi,

 

Quick question.. Maybe stupid but, my husband (conditional resident) and I both have our names listed on our state farm auto insurance.. but he has no drivers license yet, since he does not drive yet.. I had the car title changed now to both of us.. Would that be a problem if i submit the auto insurance with both our names on it, but no drivers license for my husband?? They might wonder or question?

I guess that means he needs the drivers license to get an auto insurance.. I do not know what happened.. I am initially the one on the auto insurance but after marriage, i decided to add him to the insurance and they accepted it, never even asked if he has drivers license or not..

Exactly what i thought, but when i added him up thru online, they just added him without asking for a drivers license, so i thought it was ok.. he is not driving anyway, coz he works at home and hates going out lol.. anyway, do u think uscis will question if i submit the auto insurance without his drivers license? or do i just not include it?

This is personal opinion, but I think I would not include the insurance document in the package of proof.  There appears to be an error in it, and since your husband does not have a DL, it may look fishy.

well in my case my husband since we got married he added me on his insurance GEICO without me having a licence the insurance bill comes unde the name of the two of us. since 2014 and i got my license last year. so in my personal opinion i think is a proof, because some companies do that.

 

and i didnt had my license becuase i didnt know how to drive and then i received my conditional green card last year because we didnt apply right away for the AOS im even on the home insurance and the house is only under my husband name and the mortgage.
