I think this will be golden. We are taking a trip to Turkey in two weeks, and keeping the evidence in case I get the same RFE you did. Will be following your progress. Good luck!

I didn't send any photos in my I-129F package because I thought they were needed for the interview only. I sent a copy of my passport stamp of entering the country and also a copy of my flight ticket, but it makes sense that it doesn't prove that my fiance and I met during that time. We didn't have any reservations because I stayed at his house and with my relatives. Plus in Bulgaria there's no receipts for things like that with names listed, so it was hard getting good evidence. I responded to the RFE with my boarding passes, flight tickets (once again), new years pictures, pictures of his birthday (one with him and the cake, hopefully that's good enough), picture of his family and I on a trip, and I guess the most important one was a day trip we took to Turkey and we both have stamps of the entry point in our passports so I sent that as well with two pictures of us in Turkey. How do the officers know for sure that those photos were taken at a certain place? On my iphone when I take a pic it says the location and date, so I took a screenshot of the photo with it showing that info, I hope they don't think that is something made up.

Good luck! I think you'll be alright. The added evidence and the stamp are pretty compelling IMHO.

They don't really know the date or location of a photo. That type of location data can be easily faked (some simple Google searches explains how), and faked timestamps can be added on top of any photo easily. That's the main reason why photos are considered secondary evidence...verifying the date and time is not reliable in the vast majority of cases. But that doesn't make them meaningless, either. Like in the example provided above, a photo combined dated ticket stubs at/near that place tells a good story.

They won't presume a photo is faked unless there's a compelling reason to suspect it. Assuming it's real, I wouldn't worry about them thinking you made it up. Don't over-worry about the process. :)
