G-325a

Hi Guys,

Slight conundrum - I'm filling the form i-130 for a marriage based visa. I had the NOA1 back in April and now I have been told there are some anomalies with my submission.

I must submit an up to date i-130 - The form i submitted was correct at time of filing but during the processing time USCIS said they will no longer accept older versions of the form.

I have been asked to complete the G-325a also but the only version I see on the link in the letter I received is the form from 2015 expiring in June, now I'm concerned they will pull me up on submitting an old form here but I cant find any newer versions of this despite reading narratives from USCIS explaining the 02/27/2017 version g-325a must now be used but with no link to this. 

Has anybody by any chance got this form or got any knowledge on this area?

Tried calling the national visa centre, tried calling the embassy.

Do they mean the I-130A? when i sent it it replaced the g325a. Here is the list that I used however not sure if it is valid for you if you don't live in Germany. I sent both forms to be safe (g325a and the new 130a)

Thanks for your help. I got a reply from the embassy today, they said as I have not submitted the latest version of the i-130 hence we both need to fill the g-325a.

 

Still didnt answer my question seeking the latest version of the g-325a.

There are no later versions of the  g-325a because immigration is no longer requiring those g-325a. I had mine filled out and was told I didn't need it. You have to have an up to date I-130, and the Beneficiary needs to fill out the I-130a.

Thanks for the info. Thats what I went with in the end, the up to date I-130 and the G-325a. Seems to have sufficed.
