Hi everyone, I have questions on the I-751 form.

1. (2) " Other Names Used - I don't  have any, should I leave it blank or type "Information N/A on all 7 boxes provided?

2. Part 5 "Information about your children"  -- Should i leave it blank or type N/A on all boxes? We don't have children.

3. Who is the petitioner? USC or the conditional resident?

4. Part 11.  "Additional Information" - can i leave it blank?
