My sister had her interview sometimes last year and she was approved but unfortunately the date set for her oath she couldnt make it because she had to be out of the country, she sent back the notice of oath and a letter for her to be reschedule....but nothing positive has generated ever since then...please is there any number we can call that can at least lead us to the right part...or any other advice on what to do..thanks

There should be a phone number on the letter she got.  Another option is to look up your local USCIS office phone number, they should be able to give more info.

What does her online status say?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
