For employment history, I was at the same company for 7 years but with multiple titles.  Can I put this as one entry?  Otherwise I will need to add 4-5 extra information pages which seems somewhat excessive.

Nobody seems to have an answer for you. I don't know the absolutely correct answer, but I will share what my plain old logic tells me.  This is a marriage based visa you are dealing with, not employment.  I think your specific positions or titles aren't the focus for the spouse visa. Areyou the beneficiary? You can qualify with no job ever so page after page of different positions isn't going to influence your visa worthiness. In your case, it may be used for security evaluation to know if you worked for a known terrorist organization or had special skills from working at Bombs 'R Us.  I would personally go with one entry for the company where  you worked seven years.  You could even get creative with the title field and say

Currently: store manager

Last title:  Head barista
