Our visa was denied Jan13th 2017, we were told we needed the regular I-601. We are turning that in this week. I have read that it is taking 12 months or so to get approval/denial on the waiver. If that is the case, when my husband goes back for the followup interview, what sort of documents, forms, fees will I have to resubmit. Will I have to redo everything? all forms, pay all fees, redo taxes, new photos, new medical appt???! I need to budget for this and be prepared. It took me 4 months just to save enough for the $930 fee for the waiver. Please anyone with knowledge of this help me!!!

Stay calm.  You will not need to redo eveything, just update things.  Some forms will need to be updated like police record, affidavit of support, and medical.  Of course if another tax year and filing is completed by the time the waiver is approved they will want the most recent tax filing.  You should not have to repay fees.  You have plenty of time.  You may want to include updated pictures, but for the most part you will just need to bring updated material.  It's really not that big of a deal.

Your biggest obstacle right now is ensuring your waiver packet is complete and thorough.  Good Luck.
