We're doing a concurrent filing of the I-130 and I-485 and I'm going through the I-485 and I-864 paperwork. Two quick questions, one for each form.

I-485: In Part 3 Processing Information they ask for my Nonimmigrant Visa Number, Consulate Where Visa was Issued, and Date Issued.

I came over to the US as a B2 Visitor from Canada. I do not have anything inside of my passport from when I came through the airport. I do however have a copy of my electronic I-94. How would I fill this part out from the I-94 info?

I-864: Part 6, question 2. "Current Annual Income"

My Husband is military and receives different types of pay. He gets a base pay and also stipends for food and housing (does not not show on federal income tax 1040 for past years). Do we calculate the stipends (BAS/BAH) in the annual income?
