Haven't had an interview. I have seen members with similar timeline have had their interviews. I am a little concerned ...

I am a July 2017 filer and we just had our interview last week. I feel like there were a couple of May/June filers that had their interview 3 or 4 weeks ago in the Baltimore Office. I think you should be fine with timelines and hopefully you will here something in the next month or two about an interview. :)

I'm mid August filer , status hasn't changed from ready to be scheduled since mid November. Anyone knows where the interview will be if you live in DC? Is it in DC, Fairfax, or somewhere?

It's been one week since our interview and there has not been any updates on the case. Bummer.

I was hoping we would be one for the lucky ones that had a quick turn around.  I just imagine our case file sitting in a large stake of papers on someones desk, in some windowless office.

you will get a decision shortly. My father had his AOS interview on 01/29/18 and no response till 02/23/18 (RFE was issused) per USPS informed delivery its on the way to my house today... so that's exactly 4 weeks and 2 days since interview.

keep your head up !

we had to go in there with infopass to ask about the case, the lady at the front window got the case and then she looked at the whole thing and 2 days later we were approved

If we don't hear anything in a month we will probably make an info pass appointment, as well.

My husbands drivers license expires soon, and he needs it to drive to work. We are also trying to save up all his vacation to go visit his family this year (he doesn't want to have to take multiple days off to keep renewing his drivers license (again with his EAD and then again with his GC )). We just want to up date it once and be okay with it.

Oh immigration sorrows.... *sigh*  The office is 10 minutes from where he works so we could likely sneak over quickly.

Based on AshMarty's timeline, your notice will prob arrive this month, hopefully... My AOS is in mid Sept, I am hoping I can get the notice the end of this month or beginning of next month. Do you live in Maryland or DC? What is your online status for 485? Mine never changed, it is still 'fingerprint fee was received' and I never got REF.

I have selected the office in Baltimore as my field office. I got RFE shortly after I filed my case, and my status shows that they have received my RFE. No update afterward.

you do not get to choose, it is based off of your zip code, DC residents go to the Fairfax Field Office.
