I'm sure this has been covered a million times but I'm finding it hard to figure out.  

 

When applying for a CR1 there seems to be a bunch of different fees (I took these off rapidvisa).  I am trying to determine how many of these are per person. 

 

Form I-130 filing fee (535 dollars)- I assume this is per person?

NVC Fee (445 dollars)- Affadavit of Support and DS-260.  I think the DS-260 is per person and the Support I can give overall?

Immigrant Fee (220 dollars)- THis seems to be the green card fee so again... per person?

Medical exam (varies)- Do they force children to do the full medical exam? 

 

Sorry for all the questions.  Just trying to make sure I have all the numbers as my spouse and 3 stepkids can have the costs at around $5000 if all of these are individualized fees and I want to make sure I am ready for everything.  Thanks!

NVC Fee (445 dollars)- Affadavit of Support and DS-260.  I think the DS-260 is per person and the Support I can give overall? The $120 Affidavit of Support is just 1 fee to cover all 4 immigration. But the IV fee-$325 is each per.
 

Immigrant Fee (220 dollars)- This seems to be the green card fee so again... per person? Yes per person 4 fees to produce the green card

 

Medical exam (varies)- Do they force children to do the full medical exam? Yes children have to have a physical maybe not as much as adults depends on age. And shots are also age specific. Call the Medical place in the country to see fees.

Yes you have all the cost correct.
