Court Records in NSW Australia?

Where does one go to get court records? My beneficiary recently moved to Moree from Gulgong NSW. Where would he go for the court records. I would assume the obvious answer would be a court house, but my question is does he have to go to that exact court house in the area of the conviction/charge to receive this? He lives over 5 hours away and is working full time. Is there a website where he can request this, or does he simply go to the closest court house? We are going to wait until he gets his police records to verify everything on it so we know exactly what we will need to obtain. As far as I know, there is only a DUI record. But I would like to know ahead of time. Anyone with information that can provide it?

I searched on both VJ and google countless times and I have found millions of different results which hasn't helped me find the right website. I don't know anything about this. I don't know which court house you go to, as I see there are a few different ones.

This might sound dumb but for something like this, do they want supreme, district, or local? I don't want to choose the wrong option.

He may have said something, but I can't remember. I only know that he has gone to court, just not the specifics. I'm guessing that the police check will also have this information on there about which court he went to? I will shoot them an email, but I'm just curious if this information is in police checks as well.

He works a lot and would have to request some time off. He gets home late from work and then we only get to talk for a few hours. He only has Sundays off, and everything is closed by the time he gets off of work so I figured I would help him out. But yes, it is hard and sometime later he will call me so I can probably ask him to see if he knows. He is gonna have to physically go to the court house anyways, right? It looks like the records could be retrieved online. You are right, everything is different...

Okay, thank you. It's really helpful information. Do you know how the processing times are with getting the records? I ask because I know that the police check can sometimes take 5-8 weeks to receive.

Yeah, haha, I know. I'm a worry wart. A bit obsessive about this. I'm trying to make sure I have the information available. I worry that if we wait until the time does come, something will end up delaying the whole thing so I guess I am trying to look into it just so I'm prepared. But the advice is good, so I'll take that. And yeah, it's been a little hard to find the right information on it. When he gets the police check he will go to the police station on his day off. Thanks again.

Yeah, I have been doing pretty good with living in the moment for the past week. Then today I discovered an error made on the g325a and then I started looking into everything and now I'm freaking out. I haven't been able to find any information on whether or not this is going to cause us to get denied, because my employment information was off. I'm not sure if they will mention it or not, since when I do the I-130 for the Affidavit of Support I have the chance to correct the employment info. And we are using a co-sponsor since I'm in college full time and currently not working. But you're right. I'm sure we are not the only ones who have issues. I see more people are approved then denied for visas in Australia, so that's a good thing.

There is no way of wrapping this all up tight enough to avoid that.  You are going to be able to control manage or fix everything... sounds like you have some good things you do that help you stay in the moment and not panicking... keep practicing them and take steps as soon as you feel that anxiety and panic rising up, cos you know it doesn't do any good and probably exhausts ypu !! Not a good space if you are studying and needing to complete assignments and coursework

Yeah, I know it's out of my control at this point. Normally what I do to control the situation is look at Visa timelines.

I noticed it really helps with the anxiety and fear a bit. And it does interfere. Fortunately, these next 2 weeks of school aren't too bad for me. But still. I definitely need a break.

If you are doing the K-1 route you don't do the I-130.

Yeah, I'm just currently working on getting my IRS transcript for 2014. For some reason I haven't been able to get it because it says it's not available. So now I'm filling out a form for the 4506t. But that's what I'm currently up to. It really is stressful, and I'm sure when you think about it we all could find reasons for a possible denial.
