Questions regarding DS-160

I had a look into the DS-160 today and have a few questions:

- Have you belonged to, contributed to, or worked for any professional, social or charitable organization?

Do I have to include all my employers (-> professional organizations)? I currently work for a NPO, the biggest organization in Switzerland for disabled people. That's a social organization that I have to inlcude here eventhough I already included the information in the employers section. Social organizations are also groups like scouts?

- I don' t remember my J1 visa number and issuing date and can't look it up because they took my passport when I got the new one.

- Also I don't remember the details off all my visits to the U.S. There's a max. of eight to enter. I can give them eight trips but maybe not the most recent ones.

- Traveling to the U.S. with another person doesn't mean my fiance, right? I think I read that in a former post.

For your visits to the US, you can look at the stamps on your passport.

Also you may be able to access previous visit info via the I-94 website: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home#section

Is your fiance traveling with you to the US, as in will they be present at POE with you? Answer accordingly.

Hey. I couldn't list all of my U.S. visits either (I got more than 8 in though; I think I could list 23 in total), and I clarified that in an email to the embassy when they asked for the DS-160 page. Also, I couldn't remember my F1-visa number or issuing date, so I gave the best estimate for the date and ticked "don't know" for the visa number. As for the question about your work for a "professional, social, or charitable organization", I would probably tick "yes" if I were in your shoes. I don't know what happens when you do that; you may get a dialog box where you can explain what you mean by that. 

I will let you know what happens once I have my interview, especially because we're going through the same embassy, but for the moment, I'm still awaiting my medical and an actual interview date.
