I want to ask about 319B section naturalization !
I'm a foreigner married to a Us citzen I'm seeking a citzenship my husband work in a big company that own a stock and we couldn't provide the information if the company is American or not ( the percentage ) the main branch is in Alberta Canada and they have many offices in the Us  how we can provide if it's American or not if you can help!

Your husband can inquire with his company as far as ownership or where the company is registered ( US or Canada) - This should be easy to obtain from their Corporate location. or you can check the Stock exchange and see where it is listed or their annual report - this normally is posted on the company's website under the Investor Relations section - It will include all the relevant financial data. Best bet is obtain the official information directly from the company.

  • NOA1 in mail 06/13/2007 (who said 13 is badluck )
  • 07/30/2007 After no touches and no other signs we just got an email with the APPROVAL of I130....Thank God !....now what ?

  • 08/07/2007 Case received by NVC and case number assigned :))

  • 08/13/2007 DS3032 and AOS bill were generated

  • 08/14/2007 Emailed choice of agent ...i'm so curious when they will accept it...hopefully soon

  • 08/21/2007 DS3032 and AOS fee bill arive in mail

  • 08/27/2007 paid AOS fee bill
  • 8/28/2007 DS3032 choice of agent accepted
  • 9/3/2007 IV fee bill generated

Thanks for your help I appreciate it the company is listed in the exchange stock market in Toronto and New York City my husband asked the HR and till now no one really gave an answer for that !
