I got new NVC case # from phone. The letter still hasn't arrive. Should I go ahead tell my finacee to make appointment with doctor for medical exam and vaccinations? I already sent I-134 form with copy of approval NOA2, copy of I-129F, bank information, tax return, W2, pay stub for proof of my employment to my fiancee. Do I need to pay NVC fee through online or only have my fiance pay fee at interview? What else I need to do?

Depends on how the embassy in Peru works.

If they schedule things for you then you have to wait for the petition to get to the embassy, then they send out a packet 3 i believe it is to your fiance.

If you just schedule everything on your own, then yes they could go a head and schedule medical. Once CEAC reads "Ready for Interview" on it's status then you can schedule for interview.

There is no NVC fee for K-1, just embassy/visa fee and medical fee.

Great. So while already schedule medical ahead of time. All we need is to wait for CEAC status as "ready for interview" in order to make appointment? I just check CEAC website for case status and it said, "Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center." What does that mean?
