After I-30 filing, case status what instructions?

NOA1 arrived yesterday, priority date 21 March on receipt. I have seen it in many posts that the payment must be drawn on a US bank account, mine was filed on a USD bank draft from an Irish bank account and it was accepted with no problems at all. 

 

If I enter the receipt number into the case status website it says the following.

 

"On March 21, 2017, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number LIN**********, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by April 20, 2017, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

 

It does not describe how they will proceed with the case as stated above, also what instructions are they referring to because there are none on the receipt?

 

On the timeline it says " Timeline estimate, your I-130 may be adjudicated between October 17 2017 and October 27 2017."  Is this when the Nebraska office will get to my I-130 before sending it on to NVC?

 

This website is a treasure trove of information, honestly I don't know how I missed it when researching before. We never used a cover letter with our I-130 but my wife spend time arranging everything with paper clips and different coloured sticky notes describing what each page/document was, when someone opens the envelope they will have a replenished stock of paper clips    If we had known about the cover letter we could have saved my wife a lot of time.

It means they accepted your application for processing, if all the info on NOA1 letter is correct it's basically a waiting game for USCIS approval, or you can start gathering all NVC documents after approval (Nebraska is currently taking 6 months for approval).
