Hi guys, I'm sorry cause I know this question is not that hard but I"m also not that smart :P

So my resident status expires on July 23, 2017. What date is safe for me to send the forms to remove the conditions?

I need help cause this is stressful. Please one of you who went through it already would you be able to advice me on that?

Thank you!

90 calendar days prior to July 23, 2017.

You can use this calculator: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/dateCalculator.html

:) 24th of this month is the absolute earliest! But there is no harm in gathering everything together before hand!

At the end of my journey!

April 26th 2019 I became a United States Citizen!

That's very helpful thank you very much!

Another Question:

On my green card the expiration date is actually July 28/2017 does that mean I should send it 90 days before then or should I send it from the date since I was a resident which is 07/23/2017?

The date of your greencard, so earliest you can file based on 7/28. Would be 4/29.

That's a Saturday so should I mail it that day or should I mail it on Friday the 28 so it arrives there on Saturday cause If I file on Saturday they won't get it till Monday right?

I already have everything ready I just have to wait and mail it cause I heard that if you mail it easier than the 90 days they will send it back to you.

It won't make any difference at all. Either way, you'll be within the 90 day window. Whatever gives you the most peace of mind.

So if I mail in on the 29th that should be fine too right? They will still accept my application cause I mailed it to them on the 29th right?

Of course! I mailed mine just over 2 weeks before my greencard expired, anytime within the 90 day window is allowed. You do not need to worry!

Great! That makes me feel much more comfortable.

So what I have right now as far as the documents is:

From-I751

Copies of my green card

Copies of my passport

Copies of my spouses passport

Ticket copies of our trip to M

Ticket Copies of our trip to Ch

Ticket Copies of our trip to M

3 support letters from my friends

The last 3 years tax return

And about 50 pictures of us together and with friends

My cover letter

My spouses cover letter

Do you think that should be enough?

I don't know what else to include!

There is an excellent thread pinned at the top of the forum filled with ideas, But other stuff to include joint lease agreements or mortgages. Joint financial statements such as bank accounts and credit cards/store cards. Is either party named on each others insurance? Are you both named on a car or truck?

Page 5 and the first half of page 6 shows what sort of evidence USCIS are looking for. https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-751instr.pdf

No I don't have insurance so that .

Sorry I forgot to include that I do have the agreement of the apt where we live too that was signed by my partner as a married couple. So add that to my list too. And I some receipt where I bought gifts for his birthday and holidays.

Do you think that's enough? And we don't have a joint checking account together. We have separate ones.

Utility bills if you're both named on them are also a good source of evidence.
