Does anyone here know if the security back ground/FBI checks are done first or last in this stage. As we have been stuck here for a few months and apparently this is why we haven't been approved yet.?they are now looking onto it.. but I ask as if it's last then I know our wait is littlary almost over 🤞

Just wanted to send you some heartfelt encouragement - Hang in there! I know the wait feels endless and is incredibly frustrating but things will move and you will be at NVC soon.

We are still here! Although USCIS approved our petition in October 12, they only sent it to NVC last November 15 and until now, we have not moved forward with the process.  Just hang in there!

I am trying to hang in there...getting extremely painful, to the point of its making me physically sick. I left the USA last Friday after thanksgiving and now here in the UK.. I just feel empty 😏 

Seeing you all get approved is a positive thing as makes it feel like they are actually getting through them 🤷‍♀️

We Got this reply from email request sent as i-130 out normal processing times.... any ideas how ling from here ? And any ideas as to the employment part at the end ?

I know how gut wrenching it can be when you have to leave your partner behind. My husband is in the States and I am in Australia. Im currently due to give birth to our first baby in two weeks and I'm constantly petrified that he won't make it here in time. I've only seen him really briefly twice during my pregnancy and its been such a tough ride. I just wanted to share my experience with you so don't feel alone.

Thank you so much, your words are so thoughtful. I pray this all be over for us all quickly. I know that we are all almost there now we just have to hang on a bit longer. 

Is your husband coming for the birth ? That's so amazing if he will be 😍
