Dear people of the forum,

I would like to ask a question concerning the affidavit, I have my interview for the i-129f k1 visa in Amsterdam this tuesday and we filled in the affidavit now there is only one issue, my fiance is now getting her PHD in finance after she got her bachelors degree last year she gets paid well above the poverty line at the moment and her income is not a problem (she got a stipend for 34,000 a year). I would only like to know because she didnt earn enough before 2015 and the first part of 2016 if this is gonna be a problem? We also printed bank statements and the confirmation letter of het total financial package from her school so they will clearly see shes making enough, also I am able to keep the job im still doing over here because its all online. I also printed a document from the company I work for that they approve of this. I would like to know if this is not gonna cause any problems when I go to the interview next week because of her income in 2015 and before that.

Thanks for the help!

greetings,

oscar
