Yup 😃😃 so happy  for you ,. Tier 1 reps can't look at your case more then what we can online but tier2 rep can look at more and confirm if RFE or approved 

I would call again. And ask to speak to tier 2 😁😁😁 cuz after waiting 8-10 months if I find this update lol I can't even wait a second to find out lol

Lol yea im so anxious excited nervous omg everything u can think of lol but i dont want to get my hopes up, i thought they had the same access thats y when she told me no changes i almost cried and said oh well more waiting but i swear u gave me hope thank u so much. So i just called and they wont transfer me she said that my last name was just updated that is the only change 😔😢💔

Did you submit a request for a name update or did this update generate on its own?   The latter indicates that an officer has opened your file for review.  Search the internet on the topic USCIS Name was Updated.  Does not mean something is imminent though, it just means your file is in a queue somewhere rather than in a storage box.

Yes this was a long time ago like in April that i changed my last name. I was really hoping it was an approval ☹️ I just hope that at least its in front of an officer and they just approve it soon
