hi guys , I'm sorry I didn't

find the right place to post this .

 

my problem is that my friend want afford me the affidavit of support 134 form but he's afraid if he does he will not get the finacial aid , did anyone of you guys had a similar exprience ?

did anyone of you was someone sponsor an he got the finacial aid normally !!!!

one has nothing to do with the other

 

first of all the i134 is non binding, once your fiancé is here, the affidavit of support ends. that's why you will file another affidavit of support, the i864 with the adjustment of status. you are the primary sponsor, in case your wife gets means tested benefits once she is a green card holder, your joint sponsor would pay for that in case the government would go against you and you had no way of paying that, which hardly ever happens

 

it has nothing to do with financial aid, and it won't affect it
