I'm the American fiancé. The girl I want to marry is in the Philippines. Do I have to fill out the I-134 Affidavit Of Support and then get all of my financial documentation this form requires and then do I have to send her this form and all of my financial information to her for the US Embassy interview in Manila?

Have you done the I-129F? I-134 is for the K-1 visa interview at the consulate level.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

yes I did the I-129 F and got the NOA 1 just today. I'm now looking at what steps are next so I'm prepared and ready for when I get the NOA 2

Yes I have already done and mailed the I-129 F and just received the NOA 1 just today. I'm asking this question so I know what steps I need to do next and be prepared so when I receive the NOA 2
