Part 3 of aos

I am filling out Aos for k1 am confused about the question in part 3. B ,should I put my last name as my wife last name or should I use her previous name which we use in filling  the k1 petition 

because she is the usc and also she has kids should I include them

So she is the USC and you are the beneficiary, right? I dont think men change their last name when they get married. Usually is the woman that changes their last name.  Did she change her last name to yours?

 She has to change her last name to my last name,so my question is since we are married can I put my last name as her's on the part 3 b of the for I-485 as my spouse

You can only if she already changed it and has your last name in her SSN and Drivers License
