Hi everyone

 

 I will be having my interview soon for K1 visa, affidavit if support is not written on the list of requirements emailed to me by Embassy, but I prefer to carry it with me. My question is, does it required original signature? Or scan copy will be fine.

Best to have original form with wet signature in black ink. Better not risk it :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Original with signature and keep the copies also just in case. In my case they didn't even look into it at the time of Interview BUT the local guy at the 1st counter will ask you for documents as per the check list. So be prepared to handover the same to him. In case if he doesn't ask for it, its wise to let him know you've the Affidavit of Support with you.
