Are chat logs required?

Hello all,

I have read in a few places that we should bring chat logs to the K1 interview. We have contracts, photos, boarding passes, and other evidence of our relationship. I guess my question would be, with all this overwhelming evidence are chat logs really necessary?

Thanks!

My fiancee just had his interview and he brought everything even receipts. You don't know what they're going to ask from you. So it won't hurt  to bring whatever you have in hand to prove your genuine relationship. Good luck on your interview:)

No - Chat logs are not necessary if you have enough complying evidence of a bona fide relationship, then you will be fine.  My fiancé & I don't have any chat log, we've always spoke voice over VoIP.  I shows the VoIP server bills 4 months (Jan, Apr, Aug, Dec) for 2 years.  We did include a few text messages, as well as photos, boarding passes, and other evidence.
