Where to file I-129f from Sweden what address?

The i-129f is submitted by the USC petitioner to the USCIS Dallas lockbox. It is the same regardless of country. It is not the beneficiary that files it. It is the USC's petition for the non-US beneficiary. Of course you could be the USC living in Sweden, it's unclear from your post :) regardless it is the same address:

Also, about the payment: This information is found at the bottom of page 6 of the i-129f instructions. Which I recommend reading very carefully, along with the VisaJourney guides for K1-visa.
