My wife has her interview soon in Manila. I'll be with her, I just want to know what to expect and what to do in order. I have my tax returns and cosponsor and other required docs they requested. As soon as I enter the embassy what do I do? Do I give my papers to someone at the same window for the i-130 and wait a couple min? Do they just lookat your tax papers and see if youccan support your spouse or not.? Just confused on what happens does anyone know the exact order of what happens?

No worries, there will be a personal there EVERY step of the way directing you as to what to do.

There is a "tent" booth before entering the embassy, they will start your processing there and you will have a number, once inside you watch the screen for your number - and what window to go to.   The first window is BIOMETRICS, the 2nd window is the pre-screening - you will turn in all requested documents.  3rd window will be the interview.  Last window they will inform you if other documents are needed or not.. then out the door you go .. with a smile on your face ;)

I did it and I will say it was a great experience!

Have everything listed in the embassy instructions letter.  You mentioned wife so you are completing the immigrant visa, here ya go:

Do NOT arrive too early.

** STAGGERED APPOINTMENT SYSTEM EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 01, 2016 **

In our continuing efforts to ensure the highest level of customer service, the Immigrant Visa unit will implement a new appointment system designed to minimize applicant wait time.

Effective February 01, 2016, Immigrant Visa interviews will be scheduled at 6:45 am, 7:30 am, 8:15 am and 9:00 am. Embassy personnel will facilitate entry of immigrant visa applicants 15 minutes prior to their respective interview time slot.

All applicants who arrive earlier than 15 minutes before their interview time will be asked to wait outside the Embassy premises.

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!

I went to USEM with my Wife and kids and really enjoyed the education to how the immigration interview process works.  Some CO's will let you stand at the window with your "wife" but some will ask you to sit.  The fact that they saw you there makes a difference in my opinion. Follow the instructions from Sagot.  Can't add much more to his list.
