We got married 12 days after 90 days for k1 visa by mistake and my application got denied, we have been told that we can do a concurrent filling of i-130 and i-485, we need help how to file theses questions on forms :

I-130:

part C:information about the relative

Question 16: has your relative ever been under immigration proceedings?

And on form

I-485:

Part 2: Application type

do we have to choose answer (b) or (H)

-b:My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children

-h:other basis of eligibility. Explain that we submitted  a ready i485 and it was denied

hi

the first one is no,
