Hi All,

I am in the process of completing my paperwork for ROC, however, I realized after reading through some of the threads that an AR-11 needs to be submitted if there has been a change in address.

The thing is all my mails and every communication I receive goes to my in-laws house (Let's call this address A). Me and my wife stayed at Address A for a few months before we found an apartment and rented it (Address B). I visit my in-laws' house everyday to pick up mails and me and my wife reside at Address A over the weekend. In addition, Address A and Address B are only 5-10 minutes drive away,

At this stage I am not sure what I need to do. Do I need to file an AR-11? Do I mention both addresses on my I-751? I am running short on time as the days elapse.

Could someone please advise? Thanks.

Really that is up to you. They tell you to update ur address to ensure you get your mail, if you are sure you are going to get it you can leave it if you like. However you can change ur address online...besides its a new application. You can just fill it out as is and leave address A as your mailing address.

Yes, it can be changed online, but does that mean we also need to mail an i-865? The only concern is that we never thought it would be needed as we were getting all the mails at her parents' place. So would updating the address via an AR-11 or i-865 cause issues?

No its just an address change when u file ur ROC its a new application so u can change ur address when u apply. Its more important when you have an application pending.  I did find this though maybe it will help good luck
