1 month after medical in Jamaica, embassy hasn't received it

My fiance's interview was today, visa was approved pending medical. Medical was done 1/25, they told him the results would be there by his interview date. This is so frustrating. Anyone with similar issue? Just want to know how long will it take Andrews to finally forward the medical to the embassy?

Hi, tomorrow call Andrews and ask them if they have sent over the medical;it's easy and they will give U an answer. The Embassy told my fiancé today that it was just sent but Andrews told us last week that they sent it. If Andrews has sent it, email the Embassy informing them that it has been sent to them.

Thanks you all. We called Andrews today and the answer we received was the medical was sent on the 16th. Not sure why the embassy didn't have it yet. I'm going to wait a few days and check back on the status.

Hello,

email the embassy and give it 5 working days.  If you do not get a response then call and tell the operator that the medical was done on 1/26 and Andrews confirmed it was sent over on 2/16 and that you are not getting a response via email.  Let them know you just want an update as to if it was received.  Another questions has your case status date changed anytime after 2/16. If so that might have been when the physical was received.  When that date changes it is a good thing because it means your case is being touched.Approvals are being delayed due to missing medicals.  At the same time medicals have been in the office they just dont acknowledge them being there at times.  When I called they try to tell me it was not there and call Andrews to confirm the date it was sent over.  Again for the 3rd time the same date was confirmed.  Called back to the embassy let the lady know and she contacted the supervisor regarding this.  10 minutes later got and email medical received sent for review.  So three weeks after medical sent 1/3, interview on 1/5 medical not received, called on 1/23 and asked how medical not received 3 weeks after it was sent just right up the street.  My husband was called and even told that he should have been issued his visa long time. Even after we got to the states I again received a returned email from January that my email was never read! Smh.  Stay on top of things, dont sit and wait for ever.

Thanks all, we contacted the embassy and they confirmed medical is there. Status changed again on CEAC website, so I'm assuming visa will be issued soon.
