thanks again, you have been a great help!

just want to confirm 2 more things if I may ask.

Fee for I-129F is USD 535, wish I did this before december... was 340...

Are there any other fees while doing the I-129F and 2x G325A?

Address to send the packet is:

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):
USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:
USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

Does anyone know if there is a "preferred" location which maybe faster hah?

thanks!

Yes, the fee is now $535 for the I-129F. It went up in December...first time in like 6 years, actually. There are no other fees for the I-129F. However, there are fees after the I-129F. Below are some that I could think of off-hand:

  • DS-160 (K-1 visa application)
  • Medical + Vaccinations
  • Some embassies require additional paperwork to obtain (i.e. divorce certificate(s) and such), which may have fees to obtain.
  • Travel to US, moving costs, etc.
  • Wedding ceremony/reception/license/certificate etc.
  • AOS (I-485): $1140 + $85 biometrics = $1225
    • I-131 (AP) and I-765 (EAD) have no additional cost when doing AOS

Yes, those are the right addresses for the lockbox. The top one is for USPS while the bottom for other couriers. Which one you use is up to you. I sent via USPS Priority Mail for ~$10 and it arrived in 2 business days (sent Thursday afternoon and arrived Monday). Many others have used other services (i.e. UPS/FedEx) and did overnight delivery. That might save you like a day or so (of 6+ months) and costs a lot more IMHO.

Most photos nowadays are digital, so prints are fine. I just used high quality prints myself.

It won't hurt. lol The main goal is proving you met in person within the past 2 years. So anything that shows you two were together at the same place and has a verifiable date within 2 years of filing should be fine.

When filling out the address for any of the forms, it must fit on that one line right?

I mean G325A has multiple lines for previous addresses of last 5 years, can I use 2 lines for 1 address? Basically I never moved...

OR i must use an attachment paper and make a note of it?

It's going to be read by an actual human, so really anything that makes sense works. But if you want to be 100% sure and you can't fit it (even if printed and then hand-written in the box), an attachment is fine.
