So I see there is an estimated theory on Nov/DEC petitions that CSC is busy with for noa2 its been nearly 3 months and no RFEs has been requested from my fiance is this a good sign?as we have done everything thouroughly and did it to USCIS expectations.

AS far as I can tell the CSC is running at around 5 months.

 

Doesn't it go from the CSC to the NVC ?

 

You said that you have an appointment for your medical - usually Dr Hoosan won't book you without confirming that you have an interview appointment letter.
