hii.I filled my i485 on 2/15/2016 and they got it.after that's they send me a letter on March 13 of 2016 that u couldn't work on my application cuz they need evidence which is for the taxes but I send to the them on April 4 2016..and on September 23 2016 I did the i130 petition interview and it was good and smooth .then they send me the approval i130 but it says we send ur approval to the nvc .since then I haven't got anything plz help

Did you make it clear in your documents that you are currently in the USA? I-130s usually go to NVC in preparation for an embassy interview.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

yes I think the guy who did it for me did good . are they usually send the approval of i130 to the nvc even if he or she in the USA or out ... and the interviewer mus know that I'm here cuz she did the interview with me and my wife
