I am having issues recalling all of my past employment history, including the dates of which I worked.

I have no idea when I worked certain jobs and am afraid some of them are in the wrong order or have the wrong dates in general.

 

How should I go about this?

I completed my G325A form to the best of my recollection...I just do not want it to come back and haunt me when I do not have anyway of looking of that information from years ago.

Do you at least know the exact places you worked the last 5 years? You could then email/contact the HR at those companies and I'm sure they would be happy to provide you the dates you were employed there. It'd be good to try and be as accurate as possible.
