I previously filed I 129f and I 130 for my husband back in 2008 and it had gotten approved but we did not complete the process due to financial reasons. Now we have been married 10 years this year, and I have filed again for my husband and step son. Does anyone know if my previous approvals will help this process go faster?

No, it will have no affect. Same processing time applies.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

For K-3? Not sure on those times, I know that K-3's are hardly used anymore, should have been for CR-1 along then I think CR-2 for child. CR-1 can be 12-14 months.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

K-3 is now basically obsolete. It's still on the books, but only a handful of cases get approved each year. The rest are administratively closed.

 

CR-1 generally takes 12+ months currently.

 

Edit: To answer your original question: "no". Your previous approval has no impact on your timeline.

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE
