My friend is planning to petition for her alien fiance.How can she go about adding his daughter to the petition so she can migrate with him.What documents will she need to file?

They list the child on the application.

 

Once it's time for the medical the child will have it's own medical and the fee and at the interview they also pay a fee for the childs K-2.

 

They will need the the bio mother to be fine with the move of the child most likely on a notarized paper.
