China Visa approved november 2016 but hasnt came to US yet when will it expire

Hello my dad's fiancee will be joining us in the United states next week but her visa was approved in November so does her visa automatically begin November or when she actually enters the United states? The visa expires March 2nd but will either country adjust it since she hasn't came yet? Will she leave by March or will she have 90 days starting the day she gets here?  Thank you

Her visa begins as soon as it's issued but her 90 days starts as soon as she enters the States. If her visa was issued in November then she is coming within the 6 months so she is good, the clock starts to count down at POE.

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.
