Where to send letter to withdraw K1

Hey everyone, to what address do I need to send a letter to request the withdrawal of my pending K1 application?

Write a letter and fax it or email it to the embassy then send it snail-mail.

You can do the same to notify the USCIS but since they're already done with your case since it's in the embassy, not sure if you need to do this.

Letter can go:

US Embassy in XXXX

I hereby notify you that I no longer want to proceed with the processing of K-1 petition - case number XXX000000, beneficiary name XX, DOB XXX, address XXXX.

You may need to state a reason, being the beneficiary and keep in mind that withdrawing may potentially affect future K-1 visa applications, if you end up making one  (It may generate red flags requesting a reason for the cancellation)

No, it's not complete yet, it's still at USCIS

Send it to the USCIS service center it is at.  Also make an info pass and hand over a letter to the supervisor.
