k1 for a (potential) USC?

my fiance is soon going to file for the k1 visa I was born in Switzerland but my dad is a U.S. citizen, he left my mom and me after I was 3 years old they never got married, his name is on my swiss birth certificate and I never had a relationship with him and I don't know where he lives can my fiance still file for the k1 visa or its going to get disproved because my father is an U.S. citizen I also checked the requirements for the k1 visa my fiance meets all the requirements

Is your dad a natural born US citizen who has lived there most of his live?  How old are you?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
