I am speechless.  My husband is USC. I am the beneficiary. My husband and i reviewed the forms at least 10 time before we signed it. I sent it out on December 22, 2016 and USCIS received the package on December 24th. It's January 15th and still no notification. I scanned everything before sending out so I checked and realized that my husband did not fill out "current individual income" part (ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh it's one of the most important information !!!)

Now I am very worried that USCIS will reject my package because of the missing information. Any chance they will still accept it and just send an RFE ? It's been 3 weeks though, if they send it back, wouldn't it already be in my mail box by now ?

Anybody has similar experience ??
